Who we are
This website is run by Winners Belief Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 15487685). Our registered office is 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX.

What we collect
When you contact us. If you email us or send an enquiry, we receive your name, email address, organisation and anything you include in your message. The enquiry form on this site does not send anything to our server. It opens your own email app with your message ready to send, so nothing is stored until you choose to send it.
When you visit the site. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages requested and the time of the request. These logs are used to keep the website secure and running.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not set cookies, does not use analytics or advertising tools and does not load content from third parties. Fonts and scripts are hosted with the site itself.
Links to LinkedIn take you to LinkedIn's website, where LinkedIn's own privacy policy applies.
How we use your information
- To reply to your enquiry and discuss potential work. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, or taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.
- If we work together, to deliver and invoice that work. Our lawful basis is performance of a contract and our legal obligations, such as keeping accounting records.
- To keep this website secure. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in protecting the site.
We do not sell your information, add you to marketing lists or use it to make automated decisions about you.
Who we share it with
We only share personal data with service providers that help us run the business, such as our website host, our email provider and our accountants, and only as far as they need it to provide their service. If any of them process data outside the UK, they do so with appropriate safeguards in place.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted within 12 months. If we work together, we keep project and contact records for as long as the engagement lasts and then for as long as we need them for legal, tax and accounting purposes, usually six years.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- give you a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- correct anything that is wrong or incomplete
- delete your data, or restrict how we use it
- stop using your data where we rely on legitimate interests
- send your data to you or another organisation in a portable format

Complaints
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, please contact us first so we can put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint or on 0303 123 1113.

We may update this notice from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
